Information We Collect
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of your internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the internet; the date and time you access the website; the pages that you access while at the website and the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our Site; the server your computer is logged onto; your browser type (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera); and whether you responded to a VPA banner ad or e-mail. This information is used for the operation and improvement of our website, as well as for measuring response rates to banner ads and e-mail offers.

We do not collect your e-mail address unless you provide it to us voluntarily. We may collect other information volunteered by you, such as survey information and/or Site registrations. If you use online ordering features to purchase products from us through the Site, we will require you to enter personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and relevant credit card information. This also will result in you automatically being registered in our customer database. We may use this information to notify you about updates to the Site and to supply catalogs or other information.

Online Settlement Service
The Site offers an Online Settlement service (the "Settlement Service") that provides a fast, secure, and convenient way to settle copyright violations online, and we would like you to be aware of how we protect the information the Settlement Service stores and uses. When you register for the Settlement Service, we request that you supply us with information necessary for this service to function. This information includes your name, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address, and the account number and expiration date of the credit cards you choose to place in the Settlement Service. Security is an important feature of the Settlement Service. All of the information you provide to us in connection with the Settlement Service is stored on a VPA secure server and protected by firewalls. From time to time VPA may use information you have provided to us as well as information purchased from others to develop customized offers you may find of interest. Disputes Subject to Arbitration
Except with respect to any dispute that involves intellectual property rights (which may, at the election of the party seeking remedy, be resolved under this paragraph), any dispute arising out of, or relating to, this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination or validity hereof must be settled by arbitration in accordance with the then-current American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules for arbitration of business disputes. Any court having jurisdiction may enter judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator. The place of arbitration must be Clarksburg, New Jersey. The arbitrator may award equitable relief in those circumstances where monetary damages would be inadequate. The arbitrator must follow the applicable law as set forth in the governing law section of this Privacy Policy. The decision of any such arbitrator will be final and non-appealable.

Governing Law, etc.
We operate this Site within the United States of America. Our online privacy practices are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New Jersey, which may differ from laws in your city, state and country.
